With various great fishing spots nearby, you can fish any time of the day while soaking in the stunning surroundings.
Kerala offers a variety of fish species, including Indian Mackerel, Indian Salmon, Sardines, Tuna, Pomfret, Seer Fish, Stingrays, Sharks, and Crabs. If you’re after a challenge, try catching the weighty Indian Salmon or Tuna, which can range from 15 to 60 pounds. Or, for a more thrilling experience, go after the feisty Indian Mackerel, known for their fierce fight despite their smaller size (8-14 pounds).
For a more relaxed fishing adventure, you can easily catch the abundant and nutritious Pomfret, Seer Fish, or Sardines, with the latter being famous for their rich Omega-3 content.
